摘要
指出了采用传统燃烧器的一段式燃烧炉部分燃烧法在操作弹性等方面的不足及酸性气中各种杂质对操作的影响;介绍了两段式燃烧炉的结构和流程,定性地描述了两段式燃烧炉部分燃烧法在处理含烃酸性气、含氨酸性气等方面的应用和优势,推荐在硫磺回收装置采用该技术。
Inadequacy in operation flexibility of one-zone combustion chamber adopting partial combustion method and traditional burner has been pointed out together with the influence of various impurities in sour gas on the operation. Structure and process flow of the two-zone combustion chamber are expounded and the application and advantages of two-zone combustion chamber with partial combustion method in reasonable treatment of sour gas containing hydrocarbon and ammonia are described as well. It is recommended to use the two-zone combustion chamber in sulfur recovery unit.
