阐述了全自动密封循环回收静电粉末喷涂设备的基本组成、性能和主要特点。设备的自动化程度高,适用于环氧、聚酯、尼龙和聚乙烯。集成晶体化的高压静电发生器采用恒电流自动反馈和过载保护电路。自动喷枪系统由喷枪和移动装置组成。移动方式有摇摆式和往复式等,采用微孔板流化和文丘里抽吸式供粉系统,以及全自动密封粉末循环回收系统。
The basic structure,performance and featuresof the full-automatic closed electrostatic powderspraying apparatus have been described,whichis highly automatic and can be used for epoxy,polyester, nylon and polyethylene resins. Theelectrostatic generator with integrated circuits isdesigned having constant electric current auto-feedback and over-current protective circuit.The auto-spray system is composed of spraygun and moving part that can make rocking orreciprocating motions.The system is composedwith micromesh fluidization,Venturi suctionpowder feeder and full-automatic closed powderrecoverer.
