Common converse envelopes in mechanical design and manufacture

随着机械设计与制造中CAD、CAM、FMS、NC等技术的发展和广泛应用,逆包络问题显得尤为重要。给出了该领域研究中常见的包络型、极值型、交线型、盘状型、指状型、柱状型几类逆包络的求解原理与几何建模,包络型曲线族的包络方程及包络条件方程,详细地推导用极值法对驴头型线连续运动产生的曲线族包络的求解问题。结合实例分析了它们的具体应用。

With the development and extensive application of CAD, CAM, FMS and NC in mechanical design and manufacture, converse envelope has become more important. The principle of solution and geometry model of common types, i.e. envelope type, extreme value type, intersection type, disk type, finger type and column type, are presented here, together with the envelope equations and the conditional envelope equations of the curve group of envelope type. Also, the method to resolve the envelope of curve group produced by donkey head -like curve consecutive motion is explained in detail, and their concrete application is demonstrated through examples.
