摘要
利用化学沉淀法在常温下制备了纳米晶znO,测量了其光吸收谱,根据不同反应时间的纳米晶ZnO的吸收谱特征值,利用Brus有效质量近似方法,计算了颗粒平均尺寸与反应时间的关系。随颗粒的粒径增大,纳米晶znO的带隙相对变宽,吸收出现红移。
Nanocrystalline ZnO was preparation with chemistry precipitation method at RT, Absorption spectra were measured . the size of nanocrystalline ZnO particles was calculated versus reaction times with Brus formulate. Absorption spectra had changed with size of nanocrystalline ZnO particles.
