摘要
利用小麦-黑麦5R/5A二体代换系与6R/6A二体代换系间杂交,观察子二代减数分裂中染色体行为的变化,分析染色体并常行为及其与染色体易位的相关性。由于减数分裂是高等生物形成生殖细胞的时期,因此,是染色体变异的敏感时期,又是将变异传递给子代的关键时期。所以,在减数分裂过程中出现单价体、多价体、落后染色体、微核等染色体异常行为,这些现象会影响染色体配对、交换,对研究染色体易位的形成能提供重要依据。
Observation of the variation of the chromosomal behavior in second Filial generation during meiosis is made on the hybrid of wheat -rye 5R/5A disomic substitution line and 6R/6A disomic substitution line, and the chromosomal abnormal behavior and the coherency with chromosomal translocation are analyzed. Since meiosis is a stage when the higher life forms the reproductive cells, the meiosis is the sensitive stage of the chromosomal variation and the critical stage when the variation is transmitted to filial generation. As a result, there is chromosomal abnormal behavior, e.g. univalent, multivalent, backward chromosomes, micronucleus etc. These phenomena will influence chromosomes' pairing, exchange and provide important basis to study the formation of chromosomes' translocation.
