摘要
该文论述了基于WEB和虚拟仪器的液压伺服故障诊断系统的设计与研究。提出了用虚拟仪器技术完成动态流量的软测量 ,解决了液压系统状态监测、故障诊断以及液压控制中一个急需解决而又长期未能很好解决的难题 ;建立了液压伺服系统故障知识专家系统 ,实现了故障诊断的准实时性 ;借助WEB完成信息发布和远程诊断。本文重点阐述该方法的体系结构、软件设计和关键技术。
The study of the design of the fault diagnosis in hydraulic pressure servo system based on the WEB and the virtual instrument technology is presented. It solved the key problem, that is very important thing in the measurement, fault diagnosis and hydraulic pressure control of hydraulic pressure servo system, with the soft measurement of dynamic fluid. It built the expert system of the fault diagnosis knowledge of the hydraulic pressure servo system. It can diagnose the fault nearly in real tome. It sent the information through the WEB and diagnosed the fault faraway. An emphatic description on the system configuration software design is given, and probes into the system's relative major technology.
