摘要
利用三种含羟基的手性化合物D 葡萄糖缩二丙酮、D 甘露醇缩二丙酮、胆固醇构筑不对称环境,三氯化铁作为氧化剂,固相不对称合成联萘酚,产率最高达91.5%,同时光学收率达14.6%。
Asymmetric synthesis of binaphthol in the solid-state induced by three chiral alcohols,i.e. 1,2∶5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glucofuranose, 1,2∶5,6-diacetone-D-mannitol and cholesterol are studied,ferric chloride as oxidant. In the optimal condition, the yield of binaphthol was 91.5%,and the optical purity was 14.6%.
