摘要
研究了荧光颜料乳液直接分散于有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂基料中制成高性能荧光涂料的方法。结果表明:树脂制备过程控制在pH为6~7,反应温度为62~64℃,得到基料乳液,再直接加入荧光颜料乳液和各种助剂,配成荧光涂料,其荧光性能强,涂层性能优良。
This paper studies on the way making a kind of luminescent paint with high capacity from acrylic resin altered by organic silicone which emulsion of luminescent pigment disper directly into .Its result states ,we first obtain emulsion if pH of the reaction system compounding resin is 6~7 and temperature is 62~64 ℃ ,then we add emulsion of luminescent pigment and several additives into it and make luminescent paint ,it has strong luminescent capacity ,the face painted by it more fine.
