Determination of commercial glycerin by gas chromatography——acetylated derivative method

油脂水解法生产的甘油样品用乙酸酐进行乙酰化处理,采用21m×0.25mmOV 225弹性石英毛细管色谱柱氢焰离子化检测器进行气相色谱分析。GC/MS定性鉴定,以苯甲酸甲酯为内标的内标定量法。回收率可达98%,变异系数为0.6%,结果准确、可靠,具有一定的理论和实践参考价值。

The glycerin sampe produced by hydrolysis of fatty oil is acetylated with acetic anhydride.The acetylate is analyzed by gas chromatography with a 21 m×0.25 mm OV-225 elastic quartz capillary tube chromatographic column and hydrogen flame ionization detector,it is identified and determined by GC/MS using methyl benzoate as internal standard.The results showed that the recovery reached 98% and variation coefficient 0.6%.The results were accurale and dependable.
