摘要
以石墨作导电填料,研究了不同树脂基料对涂层电阻率的作用规律。选择醇酸树脂作主要基料,用丙烯酸树脂对其改性的导电涂料,性能显著提高,本文还研究了导电填料粒径对涂层导电率的影响,以及添加剂对导电填料沉降的抑制作用。
The effect of different resins as binders on thespecific resistance of paints(graphite as conduc-tive filler)has been studied.The paint perfor-mance can be remarkably increased by usingacrylic resin modified alkyd resin as binder.Theeffect of conductive fillers on specific resistanceof the film and inhibition of additives on the set-dement of conductive fillers were alsodiscussed.
