摘要
研制的FG-1防腐型环氧粉末涂料优于国内同类产品。本文详细研究、筛选FG-1涂料的基料、固化剂、增塑剂及填料,提高了涂料的耐化学性及综合性能,使其取代传统的衬胶、衬塑,用于腐蚀严重的工业领域中。
FC-1 corrosion protective epoxy powder coat-ing,superior to the similar domestic products,has been developed.In order to increase thechemical resistance and comprehensive perfor-mance of the FC-1 powder coating,the binders,curing agents, plasticizers and fillers has beencarefully selected.It can be used in seriouslycorrosive industry areas to replace traditionalrubber or plastic linings.
