耐候云铁桥梁漆

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF MICACEOUS IRON OXIDE BRIDGE PAINT

为了大幅度提高铁路桥、铁塔及车辆等使用寿命,减少高空作业,延长重涂期,开发了云铁桥梁面漆。灰色云铁颜料为薄片状结构,无毒,主要成分为α-Fe_2O_3。此漆已在大型铁路桥,如南京长江大桥、武汉长江大桥、黄河大桥上应用,使用寿命比原先的漆高3～4倍。

A new micaceous iron oxide bridge top paint hasbeen developed to increase the life of railwaybridge.Iron tower and vehicles,extend the re-painting period and reduce the work high abovethe ground.The pigment in the paint is a greymicaceous iron oxide,non-toxicity with maincomponent of α-Fe_2O_3.The paint film has a ap-plication life of 3~4 times of the paint withoutthis pigment,which has been used in Nanjingand Wuhan Changjiang bridges over 15 yearsand will be used in high speed and heavy loadrailway installation.
