摘要
为了提高锅炉房运行效率,针对清华大学燃气锅炉房一次网母管制供、回水的情况,以实测锅炉数据的实矩阵为基础,利用最小二乘法和Householder变换进行分解,确定每台锅炉的燃料耗量特性方程,并利用Lagrange乘数法设计了3台锅炉任意组合运行时的锅炉房负荷分配方案。根据该分配方案,锅炉房可比每台锅炉平均分配负荷情况最多减少3%燃料消耗量。对该分配方案的分析表明,实行负荷优化分配必须在满足锅炉房总负荷要求下尽量少运行锅炉台数的基础上才能取得更好的效果。
An optimum load assignment strategy was designed to improve teamwork efficiency using the method of Lagrangian multipliers for any operating mode of the three natural gas-fired boilers in Tsinghua University which share the same inlet and outlet headers. Operational data was used to develop the load-fuel characteristic equations for each of the three boilers using the least squares method and the Householder transform. With the optimum strategy, the fuel consumption can be reduced by 3% at maximum load compared with an average load assignment strategy. The analysis also shows that optimal load assignment will provide even better efficiencies when the least number of boilers are put into operation for any given load.
