卒中病人住院费用影响因素的递归系统模型分析

Analysis of Factors Affected on the Cost of Hospital Stay for Stroke Inpatients by Recursive Structural Model

目的 分析卒中病人住院费用影响因素 ,为今后费用控制提供依据。方法 根据指标之间有层次性的特点 ,针对卒中病人住院费用建立递归系统模型。结果 除住院天数外 ,对卒中病人住院费用影响较大的外生变量依次为 :手术次数、治疗效果、付费方式、抢救次数和感染并发症等。结论 递归系统模型增加了模型拟合效果的可解释性 ,能较清晰明了地显示医院指标间复杂的层次关系 ,值得推广。

Objective In order to provide information for controlling the cost of stroke inpatients,influence factors were studied.Methods Recursive structural model was applied to analyze quantitatively the relationship between exogenous variables and endogenous variables.Results The results of analysis show that the length of stay is the most important factor affecting on inpatient cost. Additional factors highly correlating with inpatient costs are number of surgical operation,discharge destination,payment type, number of rescue,complications et al. Conclusion Recursive structural model can make results more explicable,it is a useful statistical tool for data with complicated hierarchy indexes.
