摘要
根据化学领域配方的特点 ,提出了将配方申请专利时需要考虑的因素 ,介绍了配方专利的权利要求书和说明书的撰写技巧。
Based on the characteristics of formulas in chemistry field, the factors to be considered when filing a patent application on a formula are presented. Some techniques on how to draft the claims and description of a formula patent application are introduced.
