摘要
cDNA文库在基因分离和克隆中具有重要作用 .近年来 ,随着分子生物学技术的发展 ,cDNA文库构建方法有了很大改进和提高 .
cDNA libraries play an important role in gene separation and cloning. In recent years, with the development of molecular biology technology, the methods of construction of cDNA libraries have improved and enhanced greatly. This article reviews the methods of construction of cDNA libraries.
