摘要
研究了TA2马氏体经滚压强化后,组织结构、残余应力、表面粗糙度的变化以及三者对材料疲劳性能的影响。滚压可使其疲劳极限提高12 %;滚压组织结构中位错数量增加,并有变形孪晶生成;滚压引起的残余压应力数值较小,疲劳后没有产生明显的松弛;表面粗糙度降低。
TA2 martensite was processed by cold rolling. The microstructure, residual stress and surface roughness were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and profilometer. The experimental results showed that the fatigue limits was enhanced by cold rolled. High density dislocations and twins occurred in the strengthened surface layer, the compressive residual stress was not relaxed in fatigue process, and the surface roughness decreased.
