浅议我国农村剩余劳动力转移路径的选择

我国农村目前存在大量剩余劳动力 ,而且剩余劳动力转移存在“路径依赖” ,与转移路径配套运用的政策制度滞后。已有路径已无法促进农村剩余劳动力高效转移 ,无法带领农民融入市场经济的大潮中 ,农村劳动力转移陷入困境。创新转移路径势在必行。本文从农村剩余劳动力转移路径的疏导治理出发 。

At present, there are many remainder labour force in the countryside of China, the 'path dependence', policy and system on transference way be held up. The effective transference can't be practiced and can't lead farmers to enter the tide of market economy because present way. The transference has sunk difficult position. The transference must brin forth new ideas quickly. The article, start from dredge and manage the way of the transference of remainder labour force in the countryside, tries hard to make the way of transference make a breakthrough and be in perfect condition.
