优先还草与宁南山区区域经济发展优势培育

GIVENG PRIORITY TO THE GRASS PLANTING AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE ADVANTAGES OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMY IN THE SOUTHERN MOUNTAINOUS AREA OF NINGXIA

当前宁南山区生态建设 ,应遵循生态规律 ,坚持生态效益与经济效益相结合 ,针对退耕地的实际情况 ,提出了优先还草的观点 ,在此基础上 ,建议大力发展草业经济 ,培育南部山区经济发展新的支柱产业 。

This paper claims that the ecological construction in the southern part of Ningxia should follow the ecological laws and focus on the combination of ecological benefits. According to the actual situation of the returned farming land, the idea of giving priority to grass planting is proposed. Based on this idea, the authors suggest to develop the grass industry into the band new and backbone industry of the southern mountainous area and also put forward a range of counter measures and suggestions.
