摘要
为探明适合草莓试管苗生根的生长调节剂及提高移栽成活率的最佳浓度配比 ,加速草莓试管苗的工业化生产 ,以品种幸香试管苗为试材 ,在直接光培养和先暗培养 9d再转入光培养两种培养条件下 ,以 1/2 MS为基本培养基 ,分别添加不同质量浓度 (0 ,0 .1,0 .2 ,0 .4 ,0 .6 mg/L) IBA与 0 .0 5 mg/L 的 NAA进行比较试验 .结果表明 :以 1/2 MS+IBA0 .1~ 0 .4 mg/L+NAA0 .0 5 mg/L 的配比对生根及移栽成活最为适宜 ,且随着 IBA质量浓度的升高试管苗生根率及移栽成活率都明显下降 .
In order to study the plant growth regulators on rooting and transplanting of the strawberry vitreous,the vitreous of strawberry XingXiang is used as experimental material, and 1/2MS as base medium. On two conditions of light and 9 days dark at the beginning and light later, different IBA concentrations (0, 0.1,0.2 ,0.4,0.6 mg/L) are applied and NAA 0.05 mg/L added into medium as control. Results show that 1/2 MS+IBA 0.1~0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L is the optimal medium for rooting and transplanting. When the IBA concentration increases,the rate of rooting and transplanting survival decreases.
