摘要
阐述了彩色显示管粘接面高压击穿及测试的原理 ,通过生产线和客户反馈的粘接面高压击穿样品调查分析 ,找到了导致不良的根本原因 ,从生产工艺和设备上采取了针对性改善措施 。
In this paper, the principles of fri t seal breakdown and its test are expounded. The breakdown samples are analyzed both customer side and CDT production line. The root causes of frit seal brea kdo wn are discovered. Then the effective measures that show significant improvement are summarized.
