摘要
以历史为线索,探讨科学建制化过程与科学家科普责任演变之关系,指出:科学建制化与科学家科普责任有互动关系,科学建制化程度决定科学家科普责任内容,科学家科普责任的发挥又促进着科学建制化过程。
According to the history of science, the essay inquires into the connection of the organizational systematization of science and the evolution of duty of science popularization of scientists, and points out that they are mutual. The degree of organizational systematization of science decides the content of duty of science popularization of scientists, and the exertion of duty of science popularization of scientists advances the organizational systematization of science.
