人民币升值利弊及汇率制度改革方向

On the Advantages and Disadvantages of RMB Appreciation and the Direction of Foreign Exchange Rate System Reformation

从人民币升值对进出口贸易、国民生产总值、就业和稳定价格四个方面的影响进行研究 ,发现人民币升值对我国经济的持续健康稳定发展弊大于利 ,继续保持人民币汇率稳定仍将是我国经济发展必须坚持的基本政策 ,但汇率制度改革仍要继续探索 ,实行有管制的浮动汇率机制应是外汇制度改革的方向。

From foreign trade,GNP,employmnet and price stabilization this paper researches the effect of RMB appreciation and holds that RMB appreciation will make hurt to the continuance,stabilization,and development of our economy, so keeping RMB foreign exchange stabilization is our basic policy. The reformation of foreign exchange rate must be continued, but the floating exchange rate system with control is the direction.
