详细分析半闭环控制数控机床的误差源。着重讨论传动机构滚珠丝杠产生误差的原因 ,针对各种情况 ,给出具体的计算公式和补偿技术 。
Systematically analyzed the source of the error of the numerical controlling machines in half close loop control It discussed the reasons when the ball screwing of the driving system produces error It provided the accounting formula and technology for compensation in the various conditions,and applied the technology for compensation mentioned in the article to the practical system design.
