摘要
为解决以列表数据给出的细长轴类特殊形状零件的加工 ,首先对列表数据进行了三次样条拟合及分析 ,得到待加工曲线 ,再进行数控电解磨削加工以获得高的精度 ,同时辅以“拉夹法”以减小工件的变形。通过试验和理论分析的结果 ,对列表数据的细长轴的加工可行性进行了论证。将研制出的磨削附件安装在数控机床上 。
In order to solve some problems associated with machining special shape parts, which are slender shaftsgiven by discrete points, firstly the discrete points should be analyzed and fitted using cubic spline, thus the machining curve is obtained, then the workpiece is machined by electro-chemical grinding at an NC machine for achieving higher precision, at the same time, the ”pulling-clamping approach” is used for reducing deflection of the workpiece.Expounds and proves the machining feasibility of the slender shaft given by discrete points according to the result of experiment and theoretical analysis. With the grinding accessories developed attached to an NC machine, the required products will be achieved according to a given program.
