根据触爪零件的工作特点和技术要求 ,提出采用齿圈压板精密冲裁的成形工艺。分析精冲工艺的成形特点 ,介绍在通用设备上使用精冲模具以及该模具的主要结构零件和技术参数。试模后 。
According to the working features and technology requirements of feeler part, this article puts forward adopting forming technology of ring gear gay precision blank and analyzes the forming features of precision blanking technology. Precision blanking die structures that can be used in forming equipment of general-purpose as well as technology parameters for main structure parts are designed. After experiment, effect is perfect.
