摘要
济钢 5t电炉除尘器 ,自投入运行以来 ,经常造成回转臂折断、滤袋“硬壳化”、介质捕集率低等问题。采用极坐标位控清灰机构后 ,彻底消除了清灰机构原有设备故障 ,烟尘捕集率提高到 95 %以上 。
The bag filter of the 5t electric furnace using has never been operated well since 1997.Which causes various of malfunctions including rotating arm breaking,bags hard-shelled and soot collection efficiency low etc.After polar coordinates mechanism was adopted,all of malfunctions have been eliminated and it is proved that soot collection efficiency is up to 95% and the gases discharged is up to par.
