摘要
用氯仿萃取海泥样品中的维生素D3,并用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其含量.色谱柱选用C18柱,流动相为V(甲醇)∶V(水)=98∶2,流速为1.5mL/min,紫外检测器检测波长为253nm.加入标样后,回收率为93.6%~94.8%,相对标准偏差小于1.90%.实验结果表明,该方法操作简便,分析速度快,结果准确.
Vitamin D_3 in sea mud was extracted with chloroform and the amount of vitamin D_3 was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. C_(18) column as the chromatographic column and mixture that the volume ratio of methanol to water is 98 to 2 and that velocity of flow is 1.5 mL/min as mobile phase were adopted in high-performance liquid chromatography analysis. Vitamin D_3 was detected at (253 nm). The recoveries of standard addition are 93.6%~94.8% and relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 1.90%. The method is efficient, accurate and easy to operate.
