提出了采用比较类似建设项目和项目建设前后的单位功能投资及单位运营成本的方法来进行非盈利项目的经济可行性评估,评估结果能够作为投资决策的依据。
It brings forward a kind of method that can evaluate the economic feasibil-ity of non-profit project.This method mainly adopts the way that compares the Unit function investment and unit function cost of the resemble projects or pre-construction and post-construction of the same project.The evaluation conclusion could be regard-ed as one of the foundation of investment decision-making.
