摘要
目的 了解豚鼠哮喘发作时脂质过氧化物(LPO)的变化及糖皮质激素对其影响,以探讨发病机理,并为治疗提供参考依据。方法 制作豚鼠哮喘模型,检测哮喘发作及激素干预后不同时间点(1、24h)LPO代谢产物丙二醛(MDA)、血淋巴细胞(LYM)水平及两者的相关性。结果 MDA含量在哮喘发作后1h上升至(5.36±0.37)nmol/L,24h时为(6.08±0.70)nmol/L,且有时间依存性;激素在哮喘发作早期(1h)对MDA即有抑制作用(4.59±0.68)nmol/L,对后期(24h)影响较小(5.31±0.50)nmol/L;MDA的变化与LYM呈显著正相关(r=0.92)。结论 哮喘发作时氧自由基释放增多,淋巴细胞参与相应反应,糖皮质激素对哮喘早期有较强干预作用。
