磁处理酒对血清高密度脂蛋白亚组分胆固醇的影响

Effect of magnetic-field-treated liquor on cholesterol of HDL subconstituent in serum

目的 探讨经特定磁场强度处理的白酒，对人体血清总胆固醇(TC)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚组分胆固醇含量的影响。方法 40名健康成年男性饮磁处理酒30d，分别测定饮酒前后血清TC和HDL亚组分胆固醇，并进行前后比较分析。结果 饮酒30d后与饮酒前比较血清TC显著降低(P<0．05)，HDL-CH、HDL2-CH含量显著升高(P<0．05)，HDL3-CH含量无明显差异(P>0．05)。结论 磁处理酒具有降低血清TC，升高血清HDL-CH、HDL2-CH的作用。
