经过20多年的发展,电大已经逐渐形成了自己的办学特色。知识经济时代的到来和终身教育的要求,给电大带来了前所未有的发展机遇和严峻挑战。要抓住机遇,在以终身教育为特征的现代化教育体系中占有一席之地,就必须对电大在层次结构、科类结构、形式结构、方向结构等方面进行正确的定位。

The RTVU has formed its own schooling characteristics through the efforts of all RTVU members after over twenty years of developments. The knowledge - based economy era and the demand of lifelong education have brought the RTVU developing opportunities and severe challenges it has never come across. In order to seize the opportunities and to be one of the members of the modern education system, which is characterized by lifelong education , it is necessary for us to fix the RTVU a proper position in all aspects, such as the structures of levels, courses, forms and orientations.
