关于电大可持续发展的思考

Thoughts on the Sustainable Development of RTVU

普通高校开展的网络教育不能替代电大教育。电视大学只有坚持自己的办学特色,完善质量保证体系,在条件成熟时组建开放大学才能实现可持续发展。

This paper argues that the network education by traditional institutions of higher learning will by no means replace RTVU. However, it has to establish the distinguishing feature of its own, to perfect its system of quality guarantee and accordingly to establish a new open university at the best of times if it wants to keep its sustainable development.
