基于互联网的远程故障诊断与维护的探讨

Research on the Diagnosis and Maintenance System of Remote Fault on the Internet

远程故障诊断技术对降低维护成本是一条很有发展前景的途径。本文对基于互联网(Internet)的远程故障诊断和维护向导技术作了简要讨论,并对利用OPC和XML技术实现远程故障诊断与维护的关键技术作了深入研究。实际应用证明本文提出的基于互联网的远程故障诊断与维护系统是可行和有效的。

It is a good approach of developing foreground to reduce maintenance cost by means of remote diagnosis technology. The paper briefly discusses the guidance technology of remote fault diagnosis and maintenance based on the Internet, and it is deeply studied to the keypoint technology of realizing diagnosis and maintenance of remote fault by means of OPC and XML technology. The practical application shows that the technology presented in this paper is feasible and effective,it is able to resolve information integration for complex system of remote fault diagnosis and maintenance.
