构建开放教育教材服务新模式的思考

Constructing a New Teaching Material Service Mode for Open Education

本文从教材服务的角度对构建“开放教育教材管理与服务新体系”进行探讨,提出“个性化教材服务”的概念,认为“个性化教材服务”是新的人才培养模式和开放教育的要求,而且认为随着计算机技术、互联网的不断发展,在电大现有的条件下,“个性化教材服务”在技术层面上是可以实现的。

From the angle of teaching material service, this article discusses constructing'a new teaching material administration and service mode for open education', and brings forward the concept of' individuated teaching material service', which is considered to be the requirement of the new cultivation mode of qualified personnel and open education.lt also holds that, with the continuous development of the computer technology and the Internet,under the present conditions of TV universities, 'individuated teaching material service'is possible technically.
