脑苏冲剂治疗急性颅脑损伤的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Effect of Naosu Granules on Treatment of Acute Brain Injury

目的 观察脑苏冲剂在治疗急性颅脑损伤中的作用。方法 自 2 0 0 0年 4月～ 2 0 0 2月 4月共收治 80例急性颅脑损伤患者 ,均为轻、中型颅脑损伤。随机分成两组 :对照组 38例 ,给予一般西药治疗 ,如 2 0 %甘露醇、激素、胞二磷胆碱 ;治疗组 4 2例 ,除用上述药物外 ,加用脑苏冲剂口服。观察患者头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐减轻与缓解的时间 ,开始排便的时间。结果 治疗组患者头痛、头晕好转及缓解的时间明显缩短 (P <0 0 1) ,恶心、呕吐缓解的时间 ,开始排便的时间明显短于对照组 (P<0 0 1)。结论 脑苏冲剂对急性颅脑损伤有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To evaluate the effect of Naosu Granules on the treatment of acute brain injury. Methods Eighty patients with acute brain injury were treated from April 2000 to April 2002. They were randomly divided into the control group (38 cases) treated with western medicines, and the treatment group (42 cases) treated with Naosu Granules integrated with Western medicines. The relieve periods of symptoms, such as headache, swirling, vomiting, nausea and star time of feces discharge were observed. Result In the treatment group the relieve periods of headache and swirling were shortened distinctly. The relieve periods of vomiting and nausea were obvious shorter than that in the control group (P<0.01), so was the star time of bowel movement (P<0.01). Conclusion It indicates that Naosu Granules has a better therapeutic effect on acute brain injury.
