This paper introduced the design and construction considerations of large diameter belled bored piles under the foundation of the News Center of the Second National Farmer's Game, the new hole drilling technique utilizing two sets of forms which compress from exterior and expand from interior is also presented. It is believed that such a new technique will. be valuable to use in similar projects.
