摘要
测量了DDOPV(十二烷氧基-对苯乙炔)与对苯乙炔(PV)的系列共聚物的发光光谱。结果表明DDOPV与PV的组成摩尔比在一定程度上决定了了其共聚物的光谱特性。根据"自由电子气"模型给出了一个半定量的表达式解释了这一关系。得出调节共聚物的组成摩尔比是一种非常有效的获得具有期望发光波长的共聚物的手段,制备了结构为ITO/P(DDOPV-PV)/Al的单层发光器件。
The luminescent spectra of a series of light-emitting copolymers of DDOPV (2,5-bis(dodecyloxy)-phenylenevinylene) and PV (phenylenevinylene) are measured. The results demonstrate that the composition mol ration of DDOPV to PV determines the spectra of their copolymers in some degree. A half quantity explanation is proposed according to the 'one dimension free electron model' theory. Our research work reveals that it is a very practical method to get light-emitting copolymer whose emission wavelength is needed. Single layer devices with structure ITO/P(DDOPV-PV)/Al is also successfully fabricated.
