摘要
介绍了一种高精度温度采集系统的结构及工作原理。该系统利用具有一定频率的正弦电压信号驱动特定的温度传感器PT100,通过中央控制单元采集温度数据,并进行DFT运算,求出频率的基波幅值。对基波幅值进行插值校正、滤波处理后,获得实际温度值。该系统方法的结构简单,抗干扰能力强,具有很好的应用价值。
A new method of high precision temperature measurement is introduced in this paper, which is different from normal method that the temperature sensor PT100 is driven by sine voltage with frequence f. MCU using Discrete Fourier Translation(DFT)algorithm to process the sampling of temperature sensor and calculate the amplitude V of basic frequnce f. After V being processed by interpolating correction method and filter, the results are true temperature value. This method has many virtues,such as simple hardware,good anti-jamming and high application value.
