兴安藜芦的化学成分研究

Studies on the chemical constituents of Veratrum dahuricum

目的 对百合科兴安藜芦 (VeratrumdahuricumLoes .f.)药用部位的化学成分进行研究。方法 通过柱色谱和重结晶分离纯化 ,用现代光谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果 分离鉴定了 5个化合物 :β 谷甾醇 (Ⅰ ) ,胡萝卜苷 (Ⅱ ) ,秋水仙碱 (Ⅲ ) ,介藜芦碱 (Ⅳ ) ,藜芦托素 (Ⅴ )。结论 上述

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Veratrum dahuricum. METHODS: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography, and the structures were identified by spectral data and other methods. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol (I), daucosterol (II), colchicine (III), jervine (IV), veratrosine (V). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated for the first time from the plant.
