摘要
目的 研究中医传统付罐疗法对促进盐酸维拉帕米 (Ver)透皮吸收的作用。方法 应用中医传统罐法后 ,采用RP HPLC荧光检测色谱法 ,流动相组成为甲醇 水 三乙胺 =6 8∶32∶0 .4 ,冰醋酸调 pH为 6 .5 ,荧光检测波长Ex =2 75nm ,Em =32 0nm ,检测Ver的血药浓度。结果 罐疗能显著提高Ver的透皮吸收。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Chinese traditional cupping-glass treatment for promoting the skin permeability of verapamil hydrochloride. METHODS: The blood levels of verapamil were determined with RP-HPLC on C 18 column. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-H 2O-triethyl amine (68:32:0.4) with pH adjusted to 6.5 by glacial acetic acid. Fluorescence detector was used with wavelengh of Ex=275 nm and Em=320 nm. RESULT: Cupping-glass treatment promoted the skin permeability of verapamil remarkably. CONCLUSION: Cupping-glass treatment can be considered as a new method of promoting skin permeability of drugs.
