摘要
通过电子吸收光谱研究了 7种水杨醛氨基酸席夫碱配体与Zn2 +离子在水溶液中现场配位的浓度下限、pH下限和配合的物稳定存在时间 .初步探索了在生理盐水中 7种水杨醛氨基酸席夫碱的99mTc现场标记 .
The in situ coordination of seven salicylaldehyde amino acid Schiff bases in water is investigated. The minimum concentration and pH for coordinating to Zn 2+ and the existing time of the complexes are obtained through the measurement of absorption spectra. And the labeling of 99m Tc is tentatively performed, which indicates the potential of labeling radionuclides by means of the in situ coordination for radiopharmaceutical studies.
