摘要
基于细胞色素b基因全序列的贝叶斯系统树 ,应用似然比检验方法比较研究了Gallopheasants类群的 2个性状对的进化格局和过程 .结果揭示了栖息地结构和海拔高度的密切关系 .完全性成熟年龄和卵大小显示了协同进化格局 ;时序分析表明在进化过程中 ,前者先于后者出现 .
Based on the Bayesian phylogenetic tree of cytochrome b gene complete sequences, the evolutionary pattern and process of two character pairs in Gallopheasants are comparatively studied by means of likelihood ratio tests. The result reveales the correlation of habitat structure and altitudinal distribution. The co evolution pattern is obvious in the character pair of age of full sexual maturity and egg size; temporal order analysis showes that the former is prior to the latter in the evolutionary process. This conclusion indicates the transition of life history type in Gallopheasants.
