摘要
针对工业过程及实验室中很多对象需要程序控温的情况 ,介绍了一种切实可行的程序控温的实现方法。该方法利用可编程调节器强大的软件功能 ,以实验室电加热炉为控制对象 ,实现了具有批量 PID控制的程序升温控制系统的软硬件设计。实验结果证实 ,该系统具有良好的性能价格比 。
As many objects in industrial process and laboratories require programmed temperature control, a practical method to realize it is introduced in this paper. The method makes use of the mighty software functions of programmable adjustors, takes the electric heater as the object to be controlled, and realizes temperature control by the software and hardware design of batch PID programmed warming system. Experiment results confirm that the method is of high applied value owing to its good function-and-price ratio.
