摘要
对以鸡羽毛为原料提取 L -胱氨酸的工艺进行了探讨。研究了盐酸质量分数、盐酸与原料毛的质量配比 (即液固比 )、试验温度、时间及硅藻土对 L-胱氨酸产率的影响。结果表明 ,在盐酸 /硅藻土催化下 ,当盐酸质量分数为 30 % ,液固比为 2 ,硅藻土的质量为原料毛的 3% ,温度为 1 1 2℃ ,反应时间为 7h时 ,产率为 3.3% ,所得产品中 L-胱氨酸的质量分数达 98.6%。与其它工艺相比 ,该工艺经济适用 。
The technology of extracting L-cystine from chicken feather was discussed. The effect of hydrochloric acid concentration, the ratio of hydrochloric acid to feather, the hydrolyzing temperature and time, and siliceous earth on the yield rate of L-cystine was also studied. The best result was achieved when the concentration of HCl is 30%, the ratio of hydrochloric acid to feather is 2, the using amount of catalyst is 3% of the feather, the temperature 112 ℃ and the reaction time 7 h. The L-cystine yield rate is 3.3%, and the amount of L-cystine achieved by the extracting method is 98.6%. Compared with other technologies, the proposed extracting method is more economic with higher practicability and efficiency.
