摘要 由于武器装备的立项决策经常会受到多种特殊因素的影响 ,因此它既不同于一般的政府行为决策 ,也不同于主要基于经济性原则的商业决策 ,这就需要决策者参与到决策过程并逐步得到其偏好信息。所以它希望有一种能够充分反映决策者主观偏好的决策方法来解决此类问题。这里提出一种基于特殊偏好的交互式多属性决策方法 ,允许决策者反复地对方案进行权衡比较和剔除 ,并结合客观和主观的因素 ,利用偏差最大法求解单目标线性规划模型确定各个属性权值 。 Different from the general decision making for government actions and the commercial decision making based on economic principles, the decision-making problems for weapons are subject to the influence of many special factors. It is therefore necessary for those involved in the decision making to join in the decision-making process and gradually get the relevant information on their preferences. In this case, the solution of these problems calls for a method that can well reflect the subjective preferences of decision makers. An interactive method based on special preference is proposed in this paper to solve multi-attribute decision-making problems. It makes use of the subjective information provided by the decision makers and the objective information to form objective programming models. According to the method, the process of interactive decision making can be realized by maximizing the windage of alternatives, through which the decision maker can balance and even eliminate them. By getting the weights of the attributes and the priority rank of alternatives, he can get the most satisfactory solution.
