摘要
应用POLYFLOW软件包对一种橡胶异型材口模的直流道和非直流道模型分别进行了数值模拟 ,分析了速度场和压力场分布 ,并将模拟挤出的产品截面形状与实际产品相对照 ,非直流道的结果更为合理 ,相对误差小于7%。
Direct and non direct runner model for dies for rubber profile were simulated respectively using package POLYFLOW. Velocity field and pressure field were analyzed. The section of simulated product was compared with the real one, and the agreement of non direct runner model is more satisfactory,and its relative error is less than 7 %.
