摘要
通过对双螺杆挤出机啮合机理的分析 ,建立了确定曲线的共轭曲线的数学模型 ,并且讨论了作为端面曲线的代数条件。初步解决了在相同或不同转速下 ,两条端面曲线啮合的条件。
A mathematical model for conjugate curves of defined original curves was set up through analysis of intermeshing mechanism of counter rotating twin screw extruders. Besides, algebraic condition for the original curve being a cross section curve was discussed. Also, the solution to the intermeshing condition of the two cross section curves under either same or different speeds is provided. Cross section curves for practical instants are plotted.
