摘要
以武汉钢铁(集团)公司烧结厂原料为试料,对不同烧结碱度R、不同配煤量和不同混合料水分的烧结性能进行了实验研究。结果表明,选择碱度为1.8、配煤量为6.5%和混合料水分含量为7.5的烧结矿生产出的烧结矿的性能最好。
An experimental research is conducted on the raw materials in the Sintering Plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Company Which have different alkalinities,Varied coal blending ratios and changed moisture contents for the knowledge of their sintering performance.The results indicate that the sintering feed with the alkalinity at 1.8,coal blending ratio at 6.5% and moisture content at 7.5 produces agglomerate of best performance.
