摘要
研究了用离子交换吸附技术制得载银累托石粉体的抗菌作用。经检测,当累托石含银质量分数达5%以上时,在10min内对大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)、绿脓杆菌(ATCC9027)、金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC10230)和黑曲霉(ATCC16404)的杀菌率均达100%,最小抑菌浓度(MIC)小于50μg mL,并且对细菌不易产生耐受性,具有良好的抗菌持久性。
The powder of silver-carring rectorite is prepared by means of ion-exchange adsorption. It is found,when the rectorite contains 5% or more silver,the antibacterial rates of the powder against Escherichia coli(ATCC25922),Pseudomonas aerugimosa(ATCC9027),Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC10230)and Aspergillus niger(ATCC16404)in 10 min reach 100%. Furthermore, the powder has a minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of < 50μg/mL, and a good antibacterial endurance.
